  • At minimum 48 hours for small events, but 1-2 weeks is strongly recommended for anything over 100 guests. Large festivals or events requiring permit coordination should book 4-6 weeks out.

  • Many venues mandate licensed guards as a condition of their own insurance. Local event permits often require it above a certain capacity threshold, typically 200+ attendees. Skipping it can void your event liability coverage.

  • Our officers are first aid and CPR trained. In a medical emergency, they stabilize the situation, clear the area, and coordinate directly with EMS dispatch. They don’t replace paramedics but they bridge the gap until help arrives.

  • Licensed security officers carry state credentials, follow formal use-of-force guidelines, carry insurance, and are legally accountable. Bouncers are typically unlicensed door staff. Using them instead of licensed guards exposes you to significant liability if an incident occurs.

  • Yes, for events with elevated threat profiles, political functions, high-net-worth private events, or venues in high-risk areas. Armed officers require additional permit coordination and are priced accordingly.
